Passion, professionalism and integrity are the cornerstone of Marianne LeBar's 30 years in real estate. Since first earning her license in Philadelphia and ultimately becoming a Broker- Associate in Sarasota, Marianne has established herself as a trusted professional who provides concierge style experience to achieve the goals of her customers.

Marianne has lived in Sarasota since 1989, giving her a truly in-depth knowledge of the area. She has navigated the real estate market in both its best and most challenging times, cultivated a highly responsive and sophisticated level of expertise. Prior to joining RoseBay International Realty, Inc., Marianne was Broker of her own real estate company, which she oversaw while building and investing in several homes located in Sarasota's coveted West of Trail area.

Marianne specializes in all areas of Sarasota and Manatee Counties but particularly enjoys the vibe and energy that come from the downtown high-rises, the sun and sand of surrounding beaches as well as the historic qualities of West of Trail. She also enjoys time with her equestrian clients who enjoy playing polo and the laid-back country lifestyle of Lakewood Ranch.

Marianne has dedicated many years traveling with both the National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors, advancing her real estate knowledge by earning multiple real estate designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She is the current District Vice President for the Florida Council of Residential Specialist (CRS).

Marianne enjoys her Sarasota lifestyle with her husband and two children, who were born and raised in Sarasota. You will find her all things outdoors which include running, swimming, biking, and dog walking.
