Pursuing a Real Estate career was a natural choice for me as I enjoy working with people, coordinating services, “putting the pieces together” and solving problems. I have 30 years experience as a Sales Associate, Broker and Broker Manager. After receiving a BA in Education from the University of North Carolina, I did graduate work in Guidance and Counseling. Among other qualifications, I have obtained my GRI (Graduate of the Realtors’ Institute) and my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. I was working on my CRB when Hurricanes Hugo and Marilyn wiped out my home on St. Croix.

Believing that “what goes around comes around,” I am a strong advocate of community service and have long been involved with Habitat for Humanity. A portion of every commission I earn is pledged to this endeavor. I’m also a member of the Bayshore Gardens Yacht Club and the Manatee Chapter of Sierra Club, as well as a volunteer Puppy Raiser for SouthEastern Guide Dog Association.

As a BUYER’S BROKER, I specialize in working with First Time Homebuyers, Investors and Residential Relocation Prospects...anyone who is a serious Buyer! Once we’ve found the right home, I will coordinate all the services you need or want: Financing, Inspections, Repairs & Renovations, Moving, etc. I will write your Contract, review all subsequent Documents, order and attend all Inspections, obtain Quotes on any work desired, hold your hand at Closing and help you with all future Real Estate needs!
