His career began while studying mechanical engineering at the University of Kentucky and the University of South Florida, and continued in architecture while working with a company in Tampa that designed custom homes.  He then began a series of promotions in the restaurant business, and was asked to move to Denver, CO in a management position.  As a result of his customer service skills and his connection with his regulars, he was recruited to join the sales professionals at Andersen Windows.  While there, he quickly became a Certified Window Master and continued his education of the home building and remodeling industries. 

Joshua has attained extensive knowledge of residential construction and remodeling throughout his career and brings his expertise to his clients for guidance.  Being able to provide excellent customer service is his top priority and his clients will always notice his attention to the finest detail.  This attention to detail shows in his Home Staging Skills, which has consistently resulted in the quick sales of the houses in which he was involved.
